Crystal Flora Pearl Collection

We had a truly wonderful stay at Crystal Flora Hotel. From the very first moment at the reception, we were warmly welcomed by a gentleman (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) who assisted us with great care and attention — a big thank you to him! I believe the real key to this hotel’s success lies in its management and staff. They are all incredibly hardworking and always greet you with a smile, which makes a huge difference. As for the hotel itself, it offers every comfort you could wish for, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of food options. There isn’t a kids’ program every evening, but there is a playground available. Canopy beds on the beach must be reserved in advance and cost €30 per day. The sea is clean. However, I had a very negative experience with the pharmacy across the street from the hotel — they sold me baby biscuits and baby puree that had expired two years ago, which I only realized after opening them once we had left the hotel. In the hotel, you have the option to blend baby food yourself, which is a great convenience for parents. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

We stayed in this hotel last year and really liked it but this year it was even better! 1) Food in the main restaurant has got even more delicious (check out Saturday nights - they are the best!); 2) A lot of rooms have been renovated - they're now bigger and nicer. There're other things like: 1) updated equipment in a gym; 2) a new tent above a playground by the kid's club, which makes it easier for kids to hang out there during summer days; 3) No need to book an a la carte restaurant in advance. You can go every day if you want (just show up no later than 6:30 pm to make sure you have a table). Overall, highly recommended!
