Crystal Kuta Hotel

Really good value for money hotel. Seems to be just out of the chaotic touristy area of Kuta, the hotel is right on a busy road but that did not impact us too much. Rooms were lovely, with free water, kettle, tea and coffee. Also plenty toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were so friendly and polite. The breakfast was included for us but I would recommend adding it to your stay, it was a full breakfast buffet with small variations each day. The pool and gym facilities were great, gym is very small with 1 bench, dumbells up to 10kg and a bike, however still nice to have.

I had a Balinese massage with a head massage from Desi and it was amazing. She has a great sense for where tension sits and worked with the perfect pressure. The head massage was especially relaxing – I left feeling completely recharged. Desi is kind, professional, and I’d highly recommend her! I also really enjoyed my time at the hotel where the spa is located – such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere and the breakfast is amazing. ✨🌼

Very nice stay. Very good breakfast and service. Normal checkout was 12pm and we requested a late checkout until 4:30pm for 200 IDR. Not too bad of a price for an extra nap before our 7:40pm flight ! Toilet needs a bit of remodelling but rooms are overall nice for the price. A little bit of noise from the street so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
