Crystal Mountain Hotel Wisła

Its a great hotel, with really professional staff. Food is really good on breakfast, lunch and especially dinner a la cart. A lot of types of saunas and swimming pool are really good, especially the dark pool where is quiet. Jacuzzi was also really good. In general hotel has goos structure and only negative point is regarding rooms, you are paying for the view, also for the tourist place, but rooms are not worth what they charge.

Second time here with our family and I must say that my kids love this place. Its so much fun for them at the Aqua Park and the different kids areas. And the really enjoy the meals with a lot of different things to choose from. This is a place for familys and i would never come here alone or with my partner for a "romantic weekend" its a lot of people and the Noice level is so high in the dining hall and pretty much everywhere. But if you are a family with kids from 3 to 7 this could be a very fun hotel to spend one or two nights.

The hotel’s hillside location offers stunning views, but for 800 PLN per night, it falls short of a true 5-star experience. Charging for parking at this price feels unreasonable. The elevator situation—only two per wing—is poorly planned and inconvenient. The swimming pool is nice, but the slippery surfaces make navigating tricky. Breakfast is impressive with a wide variety, though the crowded atmosphere can feel chaotic. Dinner was enjoyable, with tasty food both times. Overall, the hotel is decent, but it misses the mark on 5-star quality. Housekeeping is inconsistent, the reception staff can be rude, and the decor, especially in the long corridors, feels underwhelming and basic.
