We stayed in this hotel back in 2007 as a family of 4. We found it to be of EXCELLENT quality. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Maid service was unbelievable, they cleaned everything thoroughly and without you even noticing. Breakfast every morning was out of this world, it was an extensive buffet of everything you could want to start your day. Reception and staff were very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The bed had wheels at the bottom so it kept sliding away from the wall. No stopper in the bathroom to have a bath or to plug the sink. There was also a like a pipe smell in there. The breakfast was a bit of a disaster really, glad we were there during the quiet season.
At max I'd give 2.5 star to this hotel. Badly aged facilities with a mediocre staff who shows zero hospitality. They even charge you for a bottle of water which it's usually a complimentary basis on a "4 star" hotels. The walls are full of cracks and our room was quite smelly. The only good thing is the geographical location, but absolutely no rights to be advertise as a 4 star property.
