Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya

All staff members are very friendly and full of service mind. Comfortable room and being clean. The room looks old but understand with this price. Air-conditioning work normally and cold 👍🏻 They have convenience store and cafe at the front of the hotel. That’s great too. Breakfasts have many line of food. Love all the bread with fried eggs on top with honey.

As a five-star hotel, I expected a much better experience. However, the bathroom had a strong sewer odor, which was very unpleasant. The room was relatively decent, but the worst issue was the Wi-Fi. It was practically unusable at all times, making it impossible for me to work. This was a disappointing experience, and I strongly urge the hotel to address these issues.

WiFi sucks, no toothbrushes for two nights. The cleaning lady one in particular yells to all guests who just arrived. Not recommend for a comfy trip.
