Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Could not recommend this hotel anymore. From checking into checking out all staff go above and beyond to make your stay truly the best. Every member of staff was warm welcoming and lovely to be around. As a fussy eater food was fabulous- something for everyone. We stayed all inclusive and it truly was that. We felt like staff genuinely wanted us to have a good stay, drinks were great. We had everything within the hotel grounds that we didn’t need to leave. Beautiful views, lovely beach leading out of the hotel. Only a 10-15 minute drive into main protarus nightlife. Will definitely be looking to book back.

We stayed a week at the hotel with an All Inclusive package. Nothing but praise. The food was great, a vast variety, something for each taste. Cocktails were generous and tasty. All staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception to the pool bar, shoutout to Samir. :) The surrounding area was beautiful, plenty of shade and well kept grounds. Room service was around twice a day, after breakfast and before dinner, the whole room was kept perfectly. The only negative comment is that the room we had was a bit small, so with a small child it was a little hard to move around, but even that is not such a negative comment to have, as the rest of the hotels service and facilities made up for it. All in all, definitely recommend this hotel.

Second time here and it got worse. I don’t even know from where to start. First of all rooms are not well maintained (see photos), it needs a major revamp otherwise it’s just a max 3 star hotel, even 2. Food is far from a 4 star hotel, all sweets tastes the same, there is no real variety, live cooking is a joke, eating pizza from there is like eating a cardboard. The drinks are really low quality, I tasted most of them and they just use low quality ingredients. The service ia just as bad, except breakfast, there is no juice or water dispenser. You have to be served and good luck doing that if it’s crowded. You literally get 1 drink and that’s it. I didn’t had any expectations since o came second time, but it got worse, it just doesn’t justify the ratings and especially the price. The water is nice though, but they don’t get any credit on this since it’s a public beach. This is at most a 3 star hotel with the price of a 4+ stars hotel. There is much more to complain about this hotel. Just avoid it.
