Crystal Srivaree Suvarnabhumi Hotel

Amazing hotel near Suvarnabhumi airport! About 20mins drive into this beautiful hotel. The staffs are amazing very polite and helpful. I stayed for two nights, here you can hear singing birds in the day time, while relaxing by the pool, there’s a gym at the hotel as well. Everything is clean and tidy, they also have beautiful restaurant in the hotel. Hotel staff stand by at the lobby all night in case you need help, very convenient! I love my stay so far, would recommend this hotel 🙏

The rating on Agoda must be definitely fake, be careful and read. The accommodation is deceptively offering facilities that it does not have. The pool was green and very dirty. It was out of order and even though it was written that it would be open at six o'clock, but it was not. The balcony was full of bird droppings and mess. Even the glass of the door was covered in excrement. Disgusting smell and an full of mosquitoes. We have never faced so many mosquitoes that even the cream did not help. Even inside the room. And location is horrible too. So we decided to leave the hotel and the owner of the hotel promised us and agreed to refund the money, but she lied. We booked a new hotel and left because we trusted her. The next day, Agoda wrote to us that the owner did not agree to refund the money. So she turned out to be a very bad and insidious person, which we would not expect in lovely Thailand. It is a big scam and not worth the money at all. It is terrible that this is happening.

Super terrible. Awful experience. We just stayed here for a night at a resort nearby the airport before we visit the city. We came here for the swimming pool but ends up the pool isn’t open for the whole day. When we checked in at 2, the front desk told us that the pool was in cleaning progress that would be finished within 1 hour and would be opened till 10 pm. However, when we went down to the pool at 5, the staff told us that the pool will be closed for the whole day. After we call for the manager, he told us that cleaning will be done at 6. But when we ask the front desk, they say the pool will not be open for the whole day. And we don’t see a single residence other than us during our stay, this is super strange. Anyways, the pool is full of dead mosquitoes. We just sat at the side of the pool. My boyfriend’s foot just touched the pool water for a minute or two, and he found super itchy for the rest of the day. There’s lots of mosquitoes all around in the breakfast restaurant. The bedsheets are not clean, the floor is super dusty and fingerprints are found everywhere in the room. It certainly doesn’t deserve to be a 5 star hotel, at most 2… I will never come back and will not recommend anyone to stay here.
