Crystal Sunset Pearl Collection Ultimate All Inclusive

We stayed at Crystal Sunset Hotel in Turkey with our family and kids, and we are very happy with our experience. The hotel is great for families with children, with lots of activities, pools, and an aqua park. The food was plentiful with many options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Our kids had a great time, and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for family holidays! 😊

Very lush resort with excellent customer service from reception till bedroom! Love how attentive staff were at the restaurant. Came here couple weeks ago. The guy at the 24/7 snack area was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The lady at the Guest Relations was also very helpful and thanks to her I knew more about the different cuisine restaurants and what time different events take place. Staff throughout in general were amazing though in the buffet area and were attentive to bringing us drinks etc, keep up the good work well done. But overall it was a very smooth experience with staff and smooth running of things, would recommend this definitely. Thanks for everything :)

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s very impressive to look at. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool area is huge and features a number of water slides. The food can become a little bit repetitive after a few days but what is on offer is of good quality, always fresh and hot. The entertainment is some of the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel, I can’t understate how impressed we were with the quality of shows and live music. There is a regular and reliable shuttle to the beach. We were a little disappointed with the shops in the hotel as the staff in there pester you if you go in which is frustrating as I personally feel you shouldn’t have to put up with that in the actual hotel. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
