The hotel is located about 45 minutes from the airport. It is a really big hotel. The lobby was always clean and tidy. There was always someone at the reception who spoke fluent English and was helpful. The room was clean, cleaned every day. The hotel also has a gym, which is decently equipped. If you get bored, you can visit the cinema, which is part of the hotel. The pools are clean and well maintained. The area also has water slides, which are open from 10-12, 14-16

Disappointing in Many Ways, but with Some Bright Spots We stayed for twelve days at the Crystal Tat Beach Hotel in Belek. Overall, I give it 3 out of 5 stars – mainly because of the good food and some genuinely friendly staff members. Rooms & Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the hotel has clearly lost its standard of cleanliness. Our room felt outdated, the balcony door was broken and would not close completely. One night, a cricket even came into the room at around 2 a.m., waking us up with its constant “beep, beep, beep.” Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel is not at a good level. I don’t think this is the staff’s fault – they simply can’t keep up due to the high stress levels. In my opinion, this is a management problem: poor planning and not enough staff for too many tasks. Food: The food was generally good, but in the evenings it was sometimes cold. For a longer stay, we would have liked more variety. Activities & Entertainment: For our 12-year-old daughter, there was hardly anything suitable. She ended up joining the Mini Club activities, which are not really appropriate for her age. During the day, there were some activities for adults, but after a few days it became repetitive. In the evenings, the music at the main stage was far too loud – sometimes less is more. The quality of the shows could also be better. Hygiene in Public Areas: Especially at the outdoor bar where live music is played, the tables were often dirty and sticky. We rarely saw anyone cleaning them. Treatment of Staff: What stood out to us most was the way management treated the staff. Employees were reprimanded in front of guests – which is simply unacceptable. You can see they are completely overworked, standing in the heat for hours on end, doing their best. In our opinion, the staff are not to blame. The real issue lies with management and poor work scheduling. Conclusion: The Crystal Tat Beach Hotel has the potential to be a great holiday destination. But the lack of cleanliness, limited activities for teenagers, overly loud evening entertainment, and especially the poor treatment of staff seriously tarnish the overall experience.

We stayed at Crystal Tat Beach Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. The property is relatively old, with average standards of cleanliness and food quality. The main issue during our stay was the air conditioning. On the first day, I reported that the AC in our room was not working, but the reception provided only general responses without sending anyone to inspect the problem. On the second day, after contacting reception more than four times, a technician finally came and confirmed that the AC was broken. Over an hour later, the reception manager offered an alternative room with functioning AC, so I moved all my belongings there. However, upon arrival, it was clear that the AC in the new room was also not working. After another three hours of discussion and waiting, the hotel confirmed that this AC was also broken and eventually moved me to a third room, where the AC was functional. Unfortunately, a significant portion of my vacation was spent addressing these issues rather than enjoying my stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
