Crystal Waterworld Aqua Collection

I don't often leave reviews but for this hotel I feel I have to. I read SO many negative reviews before we arrived and it really concerned me. There were comments from issues with food to problems with damage to the water park, poor staff, over crowding and many other issues. Now don't get me wrong, there are better hotels as is the case with anything. However, at the cost you pay for this place I really think it's good value. Sure the drinks are average other than 1 bar where actually they are pretty decent. The food can get a bit repetitive but actually there is plenty on offer if you're not fussy and can only handle 'English' food. We had no problems getting a seat in the restaurant or sun loungers at the pool. The staff mainly look after you and some like Yusuf in the restaurant go really far to ensure you have the best experience. He was amazing as were some of the bar guys at the lobby bar. The water park is incredible and one of the best we've done. The air con was great and much needed in August!! Shows etc were great and the overall experience is a positive one. You'll have no issues at this place.

Staying in this resort was an incredible experience. The rooms were very well kept and the staff was extremely accommodating. Me and my family had the best time and will definitely look to spend our summer here again. I could not recommend it enough!!

The hotel is spacious and full of fun activities, offering a wonderful atmosphere. What impressed us most was the staff — they were always smiling, very friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Thanks to their warm attitude, we felt truly comfortable and welcome.
