⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my stay at Crystalbrook Flynn. The staff were genuinely lovely — warm, helpful, and always happy to assist. The room was beautiful with stunning decor, and everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. You’re right in the heart of Cairns, with everything just a short walk away — couldn’t ask for a better location. Overall, a really great experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for style, comfort, and excellent service in Cairns.

There is no better place then right in the middle of the Cairns Pier. Stayed with my sister for 2 nights and it was relaxing, clean, beautiful amenities, staff friendly and the buffet breakfast is delicious and fresh. Family friendly and ideal for a short or long stay. So many options to sit and have a drink or a snack. Woolies just a couple streets away, and the lagoon is just across the street.

Terrible experience with staff. Was made to feel it was due to being brown that when I advised charges are not mine it was not believed. We checked our bill and had been charged for drinks at a bar we never attended. We were also charged for parking for 2 days when this was included. In addition the rooms AC is extremely loud and the thermostat does not work. So you have it on and it’s freezing and my husband got a head cold or off and it’s too hot. We were up and down all night trying to balance the heat. Staff are rude as well considering charges should never be added I questioned how this happened especially when they should use our name as well. The operations manager won’t give me an external parties details as well. Sounds like they protect their staff instead of doing what’s right
