Stay here, you will not regret it. From start to finish, its been a luxurious stay. The welcome team at the concierge, the stunning rooms, pool and facilities are definitely 5 star. The staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile. Shout out to Pietro who made the stay more welcoming with his hospitality, making sure our drinks were topped up throughout the day. I will definitely be coming back.

This hotel had the potential of a 5 star hotel with great facilities, but the room we stayed in was quite disappointing. When we arrived, there were ants everywhere in the mini bar. We were assigned Room 602 which had no storage for belongings (I think other room do have large drawers) and the bathroom floors would flood every time you have a shower because of the layout. Perhaps a different room would’ve had a better experience.

I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by the Junior Manager Sam and front desk staff. We arrived quite late at night after a long day of travel and the last minute JET STAR flight cancellation late night. The Jet star customer service officer told us that 2 rooms were booked in Rileys for us, however upon arrival to the hotel we found out there were no booking made in our name. It was quite late at night and no hotel rooms were available in Cairns due to the school holiday. We had no where to go with 3 kids already sleeping on the lounge in the hotel lobby. Junior manager Sam noticed the awkward situation we were in and went above and beyond to ensure we had a room ready for us. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly stood out, and it made all the difference in turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and welcoming experience. At least we had a good 5 hours sleep before catching the flight early next morning. We did not get a chance to experience other aspects of the hotel. Thank you Sam, keep up the great work.
