Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare a member of Radisson Individuals

I came with family of varied ages, had a lovely time, rooms were spacious with large balconies. There are plenty of places to relax. Mr Ajay and team were very hospitable. All workers provided wonderful service throughout with entertainment throughout the day and different themed night everyday. The deep tissue massage was amazing, felt like a new person after and products used were soothing. Gym was small but had everything you need. The hotel is going through renovations in small sections, so I would recommend and come back again to see how Crystals Beach gets even better.

We really loved our stay at the Crystal Beach Resort in Belle Mare! Went with the kids - and the accomodation, the kids club and activites at the beach were a blast - and on top of that, the swimminig pool with all those slides. The staff is really friendly, especially Deepak - who seemingly manages every restaurant location at the same time with bravour - made an impact. And so did the cook - best fish we ever had ;)! When facing an issue, you can really see that everyone is helping out and giving their best to make your stay as memorable as possible - and they sure did. Also, the care & dedication given by the employees of the kids club was amazing. Our kids were so happy to play and participate in the activites offered. So big shoutout to Jia, Anastacia and Grace! The general food was good - could be a bit more diverse and have more of a local touch, but overall we really liked our breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Since our arrival since yesterday we having a great time among the families. The food and service at the restaurant is great. Today we went to Aqualand and the kids had lots of fun. Many thanks to Ajay and Team. Room 5301.
