Wonderful stay for 7 nights for our 40th Anniversary. Room and all service excellent. All staff reception cleaners etc and hotel cat amazing helpful and friendly. 3rd time in Instanbul will definitely be back. Special thanks for arranging our lovely room with a great view (410).

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was poor, and the room was much smaller than described. There was constant noise from construction work on the upper floors during the stay. The overall quality of services did not match the price paid. Additionally, a staff member stood in front of the room door exactly at 12:00 PM during checkout time, which felt uncomfortable and rushed. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort and value for money.

We found a cockroach in our hotel room and immediately reported it to the reception. No one came to check the room, and we had to dispose of it ourselves. Even worse, the hotel later claimed the incident never happened and accused us of lying, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We shared the photo and spoke to several staff members, yet there was no follow-up, no apology, and no compensation. Absolutely unacceptable experience — I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
