There is not one negative thing to say about this hotel. It's an apartment/hotel. Price is decent for the area. Kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to cook a meal or snack. I loved it. Will return again!

Be careful what you sign. They make you sign a contract and inventory list before you even get a chance to verify what they claim is on the inventory you are signing. Very suspicious and sketchy. Room leaks water when it rains. Think budget luxury. Rooms are built with low-quality materials. Some room materials are outdated. A table card that tells you to scan the QR code to get room service table instructs you to scan a QR code that doesn’t work. It gives the message “QR CODE IS NO LONGER VALID” when you try it. This is quite disappointing for a barely 8 month new remodel. Their breakfast is a joke. It’s just a coffee pod machine with a tin can with some bread. Hostels have better breakfast. This place is not what they claim it to be. The rooms have bad sound proofing so you can sometimes hear voices and sounds from other rooms.

Rooms are exceptional, the location as well. But I felt very uncomfortable when I was ask to sign a lease contract upon check in followed by giving my credit card information in a piece of paper to the building security guard. (Which of I refused of course) Th security guard was very light weight about it like it was nothing asking for my credit card number and info, I booked via Expedia so very unexpected situation. It was a six page contract that I took time to read nothing bad about it but I would have preferred to know in advance what to expect when booking this type of property.
