We just drove by and stopped without a plan and had amazing wine and a great snack! Loved it the Biserna is not cheap for 26€ a glass but the best wine we had in our trip to Tuscany!!!Very welcoming place even though they were completely booked we got an outside table in the sun, platter with cheese and prosciutto, Salami, Bruschetta- but if you plan to go please make a reservation!!!

This was our luxury stop on our Tuscan holiday. We arrived at 1pm on a Sunday, and an hour later, everything had closed up and there was no staff on site (they'd even taken away the cushions on the garden furniture outside). The restaurant was also closed (which we were informed about 10 days before our arrival). We were expecting an Italian winery experience, but it felt like we were staying in a closed-up hotel. There are other places to stay that offer greater value for money.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They are completely inflexible and cold-hearted. I submitted a cancellation request just one day after the deadline, with still 6 days to go before my booking date, and they want to charge me the full price for canceling. The reason I needed to cancel is because the tour guide just announced the pickup point, and it turns out the hotel is 6.5 hours away—one way! Their suggestion? Take a taxi! It’s ridiculous. I’ve met many wonderful and accommodating Italians on my trip, but unfortunately, this hotel is the exception. No flexibility, no understanding, just stubbornness. I won’t be choosing this place again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone else either.
