This was the most awesome hotel in Turkey! If I will come again here surely I will come back to this hotel. The food was great, the staff was awesome, the rooms were clean, no nosie in the rooms and the kitties were awesome too! They were so playful and brought me a lot of joy. I hope I will really come back here.
Excellent customer service by friendly staff. Clean rooms with confortable bedding and nice design. Big balcony with amazing view Food is great and fresh. It can pass as 5* hotel very easy. Good job Cuci team and GM.
Two friends of mine wanted to stay here, one of them had no wifi in his room. Hotel management did not let them order food from outside. Since the hotel have restaurants it was forbidden? Which is a dumb rule. Cant even enjoy mcdonalds in the middle of the night??? It was cold outside so I wanted to spend time with them in their rooms but guests were also forbidden? The smarty-pants (male receptionist) in the lobby also irritated me, female staff were friendly.
