Cueillette

Weird. Seem only to be able to review rooms and not the restaurant. No matter. This is a Michelin star restaurant so all I am doing really is reviewing the Michelin inspectors. Three of us had lunch and we think the inspectors got it right. Big space so noise is at a minimum. Not only is the food a feast for the eyes but the flavours are sublime. Slick, attentive service. Not a lot of English spoken but we lived with that. After all, we are in France. Amazing to find such a restaurant out of the way in rural France. For what it provides it is very good value.

We have recently enjoyed our annual dinner to Cueillette, and as always, nothing was left to chance for the highest quality dining experience ever. The food, wine and service are justifiably Michelin Star quality, and we will continue to visit every time we are back to France. Many thanks to Oscar, Julie and the whole team. We had a superb lunch in a very nice restaurant beautifully decorated. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was just delicious. And the presentation was top. We really enjoyed every moment. We managed to leave the restaurant with half a loaf of succulent bread, offered by the kitchen. A very great experience we had.
