Review for Cullinan Belek Hotel Our stay at Cullinan Belek was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful modern design of the hotel and the breathtaking sea views. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with every detail thought out for comfort. The food was exceptional – so many delicious options at every meal, with very high quality and fresh ingredients. The service is what really makes this hotel stand out. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome. The pools, beach area, and all the facilities are perfect for relaxing, and there are great activities for both adults and kids. It’s the ideal place for a luxury holiday, and we left with the best memories. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to come back

We were quite disappointed in this holiday as we had so many little issues they became quite an irritation. I have made some general observations, but I think that the main one was the customer service was not great, not for the huge stars this hotel is advertising!! I had sent a letter to the hotel after the holiday and was told I should have informed thehotel via the app. That was the end of the matter, there was no response made to the food safety, hygiene, or any of the other issues that I mentioned. The cabana was a great day booking. Our daughter made the most of this on an extremely hot day. There are plenty of towels a filled fridge, safe, and great comfortable loungers. We ordered 2 fruit platters and some drinks. The servers were attentive, checking that you had drinks and anything else you may require. We found the entertainment lacking in the evenings, this could be because we were earlier in the season, however the week we were there the show was only on 2 evenings. They had some singers on early evening for background, these were pleasant. The design and grandness of this hotel was nice, however it was just lacking with the fact that we had so many minor issues that it became one large gripe. For us to then get a reply from the hotel that our opinion really was not worthy made us of this view that we wished we had not visited this hotel at all. The value for money was not good, considering other hotels with similar facilities in the area. The hotel was at capacity when we visited too, which I think made the customer service less than favourable.
