I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Madrid! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean the rooms were—everything felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. The attention to detail was impeccable. What truly made the experience special, though, was the owner. So kind, polite, and genuinely welcoming—it felt like staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. You can tell they really care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything you’d want to see or do in the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you to the owner!

Stayed here for two nights. The room was basic but accomodating and was big enough for what we needed. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were EXCELLENT. We had breakfast for both days, it was a standard European breakfast which was a nice buffet selection. Overall, I would reccommend staying here for a short holiday duration.

⚠️ DIRTY HOTEL DO NOT GO ! I would have rated 0 stars if it was possible ! I found an insect in the middle of the night on my pillow. We tried to get a refund for the 3 nights stay we booked but the owner was very rude and never wanted to even give us a compensation for this horrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, super outdated, never renovated. The rooms are small, no A/C, even the fan is from 20 years ago and does not provided any air. There are plenty other nice hotels in this area, do not go there.
