CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation for Ms. Esra at the reception of CVK Bosphorus Hotel in Istanbul. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly made my stay exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her kindness left a lasting impression. The entire experience at the hotel was outstanding — from the impeccable service to the comfortable and luxurious environment. I would also like to thank the hotel management for their cooperation and excellence. This level of hospitality is truly rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you once again for making my visit so memorable.

We booked the hotel through booking.com. On arrival we came to know that we were at the CVK Residence which was behind the main hotel . The size of the space was great . The service was exceptional. Very friendly staff always going all out to accommodate. However the commute to the main istaklal street was not too convenient given that we had kids with us. Had i known this before i would not have booked this hotel.

Extremely disappointing stay. A sum of money was stolen by housekeeping, even though it was carefully hidden between my clothes. When I reported it, management offered no help and suggested it was my mistake. There was no sense of safety or responsibility. I do not recommend this hotel and will never return.
