Been here 3 times and always was satisfied by the service and the rooms . The breakfast spread is huge with a lot of options. The rooms are very nice and maintained. The staff is very friendly aswell. It is near obelisko and Florida street which makes it easier to walk and explore.
Rooms with dirty walls and light switches. Old towels that didn’t have the fresh feeling that you get from clean ones. Old and very used furniture Rooms small like prison No view on the one I had. Poor breakfast (low quality) Gym dirty and smelly. With 70s equipment. Most of the equipment didn’t work. The photos in their site is fake or photoshopped Nothing to do with reality.
There was no hot water in a moldy bathroom. No night stand and no dresser pulls so you could not unpack. The HVAC made loud banging noises all night. The staff could have cared less. The work out room is a joke and the pool was filthy. The location is very good however, but the stay was miserable.
