I had a great time in this resort; pools are nice although not heated. Staff is super nice and they make sure you're taken care of and have fun. The room is a bit outdated and the room for babies had old fruit and no yogurts as we were told. They have child mining services included as part of the stay which is super nice.
Great Resort for families near Campinas Region, especially with children. The pool area is great with a lot of different attractions, beach like pool area, water slides and entertainment. The food and the room were ok. I would come back and recommend it to other families as well.
Nice hotel, good rooms, with a very comfortable and big bed. A bit expensive, though. Good and tasty breakfast. Dinner is not bad either. The bad thing is that it's located in the middle of nowhere. Unless you're going to the aquatic or theme park situated in front of the hotel...
