Very friendly and accommodating staff. Fantastic kitchen
Impeccable work team, friendly, willing, smiling! Terrible experience in details that I consider essential: Cleaning staff entered the room twice while I was sleeping. Air conditioning leaked water, flooded the room, they changed my room. Power outage, several hours and the generator set not working. Room card deactivated twice during the stay. Mid morning of Sunday without Water! Dining experience, sometimes average. I am tolerant of many unforeseen events, but it seems to me that for what the company where I work pays, they should recognize and compensate something for everything that happened! I repeat, those who save part of everything are the employees. Thank you !
The room had the smell of dirty pipes (sewer). The restaurant is expensive and the fish was processed from a packaged supermarket. Breakfast is very poor. To go to the room you have to walk outside. The hotel is expensive for what it offers and when I paid they did not want to give me the bill at the time. They're building and they wake you up at 8.
