Very Good Ambience. Food quality is very good.One should try Break fast here as lots of options are available here.Night Ambience just mind blowing.Staffs r very good and very quick.Only dis advantage i have observed here is timing of swimming pool is very short as within 6pm its closed and rooms r littile bit smallar that other similar type of Hotels.except these two all things r above good. Had the breakfast buffet, easily a 5/5 experience. The spread rivals that of any top 5-star hotel / resort in Assam. Excellent quality, great variety and every dish was full of flavor.
Very disappointing experience. We were shocked to find that the hotel was charging Rs. 50 for a water bottle with an MRP of Rs. 20. When we brought this to their attention, instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff was rude denied overcharging altogether. This kind of dishonest and unethical practice is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Cygnett. Such experiences ruin the trust and reflect very poorly on your service standards.
