Good rooms and easy to spread out for foreigners. Within 1 minute walking distance from a major train station (connecting the subway and JR lines, and also has a place you can order shinkansen tickets). Would definitely recommend.
It’s a perfectly fine three star hotel. It might be the closest thing to the convention center, which is in the middle of nowhere, but honestly staying downtown and taking the train there might be a better option. Everything about the cypress garden is fine. The breakfast is fine. The rooms are small but do the trick. No gym or any fanciness that we would expect from hotels in the US, but by Japanese standards it’s all ok.
It was somewhere to stay. The room was comfortable the bathroom was ok, toilet got dirty easily. Flashing light from large screen outside through the window. Breakfast was good. Was out most of the day so didnt matter to much. Close to the train station. Would stay there again.
