Our recent stay at this family-friendly hotel was pleasantly surprising. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring our experience was comfortable. The half board option provided decent meals, with a variety of choices that suited our family's tastes. While not exceptional, the food was satisfactory and met our needs. What truly added to our experience were the activities provided by the hotel. We were delighted by the live hand pan performance, barbecue and entertained by a magician during our stay. In summary, we had a pleasant experience at this hotel, with some delightful surprises along the way. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Very good and pleasant to stay in. Room was spacious and clean, regularly cleaned as well. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfasts were good, I appreciate paying attention to details like fresh flowers on tables. Jackuzzi and saunas were also very enjoyable. There’s only one drawback: not equal equipment level between apartments in same “tier”. “Some apartments have dishwasher/washing machine/balcony” - I’d expect providing the same value for the same price and not a lottery. That’s the reason for one star less in “rooms” category.
