D and Stay 5 Resort Okinawa

I had a wonderful stay here. It was easy to find the place, and the building itself is very new and beautiful. There is also convenient parking available for guests. Upon arrival, you need to go to the second floor to complete the check-in process. Thanks to the clear instructions provided by the owner, everything went smoothly and was quite straightforward. What I loved most was the room. It’s fairly spacious—large enough to comfortably accommodate four people, in my opinion.

I originally thought this hotel was good, but the reviews were very low. We haven't encountered any of the strange things everyone has encountered, and wanted to post a recommendation. But when I received a message from the B&B in the evening, I became really angry. My sister and I got home at nine o'clock in the evening. We took a rest and took a shower. We didn't talk much. We occasionally spoke a few words at a normal volume. We turned off the lights and went to bed at eleven o'clock in the evening. But at almost twelve o'clock, we received a message saying that other residents said that we were very noisy and could we please cooperate with us in lowering the volume? No guest knocked on the door to respond, and no one came to verify it. Just based on a few words from other guests, you thought it was our fault and asked us to cooperate. Isn't this right? After I responded to explain the situation, I did not receive any response or apology from the B&B. I can only say that the low review is not without reason👋🏻

The thing I hated the most was that I stayed on the third floor, and the front door made a rattling noise, which was creepy, and I was so scared that I couldn't sleep in peace. Ali was in the bathroom... The washing machine suddenly turned off and the laundry was soaked all over again, and then I just rinsed and spun it. I thought the door guard on the front door was weak as a security measure, so I wanted a sturdy one. Shower water pressure was quite weak. Water collects on the shower bathroom floor. To check in, take a photo of your ID with a tablet and take a photo of your face and ID. I want to sleep in peace, so unless this problem is resolved, I will stay at another hotel next time... The good thing is that the room is spacious.
