D Boutique Hotel

I am satistied with the room. Got mini bar and iron & board. Having own car would be an advantage. One level below you got two halal restaurants ; two groceries stores and one famous Malaysian tea.

Had one night stay at this hotel, last minute booking through Agoda. I was checked in around 11pm, staff at the counter was very friendly and always smiles. Hotel located near to mamak restaurant and Mr DIY, location wise is safe for solo woman traveller. However, room cleanliness could be further improved (i got mine with dusty cabinets). Overall is good, I only stay to sleep at night.

The lobby looks so nice and the impression didn't last as soon as we're inside the room. We got room 112 and as foreigners we needed strong internet indoors which sadly only works fast on the hallway and you lose signal when you're in the room. It will just be a very quick stay before flying to another country so last minute downloads and online stuff has to be done outside of the door. Another thing, no smart tv. I know not everyone uses TV. But we watch a lot of youtube and can't understand Malaysian programs. We wish we could. The staff are very nice but management has to work on major fixes. Even the bed has got blood like stains on the sides, not sure what it is but got very creeped out as well as crawling insects on the walls. This is the last hotel that we have booked in Malaysia within our 10 day travel and the only hotel I was not able to have a good sleep. It's nearby 7-Eleven and cafés which we really liked.
