We stayed in Penthouse 2 at D'Terrace and loved it. It was close to everything, and yet quiet in the evening. Most condos in the heart of downtown are often noisy, but not at D'Terrace. 100s of restaurants are within a 2-15 minute walk and several entertainment venues are nearby as well. We had a good view from our balcony, and there is a gorgeous panoramic view at the rooftop pool. The rooftop pool is also a great place to view the sunset. We saw whales every day either from our balcony or the pool area. Penthouse 2 was very well furnished; we weren't lacking for anything. We thought the balcony at Penthouse 2 was probably the best in the building because you had a good view, you were protected from afternoon sun and protected from wind that sometimes comes up in the afternoon. There is security 24/7 and we found the staff delightful. We have already booked to go back again next year.
Great location, well maintained, fabulous rooftop pool and bar, excellent gym, top notch security, and great views. D'Terrace is tucked away on a small street just one block from the beach, and within walking distance of many restaurants, spas, grocery stores, and the charm of Zona Romatica. We used to live in Puerto Vallarta and have been coming here for years since moving away. D'Terrace is our go to place.
The condo is in the best neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta, close to the beach and town center. There are tons of shops and amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. However, you will probably spend a lot of time at the condo because they have an amazing infinity pool in the rooftop and some of the best views. The condo itself is well-stocked, very comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The owners are communicative, and were able to answer all our questions. They have a nice guide listing different places to go. There is a wonderful market just outside that has really good homemade prepared foods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! Much better than staying at a resort, as you really get a feel for the actual town.
