It’s great value for a massive room with a bathtub where you can sit in there for ages looking at the view! The view is to die for and the breakfast is pretty good with a lot of variety of food. The hotel is also very accessible with a lot of options for food, bars, massage places and local night markets. My favorite thing to do is to sit on the balcony and with a book on my hands. Highly recommended and I’ll be back for more soon!

I stayed at one of their 2-bed 2-bath rooms and I enjoyed the luxury of having two bathrooms. The AC kept us cool. My 18th-floor room internet was not good at all. Great service and very friendly. Breakfast was included, which was a tasty plus, dinner was very tasty when I ate at their downstairs restaurant, but with all the seafood restaurants around, you probably will go explore all that is nearby to eat. I really enjoyed my 2nd stay at D Varess Jomtien Beach Pattaya. Oh I forgot, one of their pools i think is kid friendly, I saw a lot of kinds in the popl on the ground floor. The adult pool is upstairs.

First of all, At the lobby, everything looked great — the conditions were very good and the staff were very nice. However, once we got to our room, it turned out to be very dirty. It felt like no one had cleaned the floor at all, and the bathroom was full of mold and fungus. We called the staff to clean the floor and bathroom, but when we came back, it was still the same — dust was all over the floor. We went down to inform the staff at reception, and they moved us to another room. The new room was slightly better, but the bathroom was still full of fungus. There was a bathtub in the room, but it was so dirty I didn't even dare to step in. Overall, a very disappointing and awful experience. Second of all, In the morning, we went down to the reception and showed them a picture to ask housekeeping to clean the room again. One of the staff members responded, “How much cleaner does it need to be?” I replied, “As much as you can.” When we came back, it was slightly better. The next morning, we went down for breakfast, but there was nowhere to sit. The staff looked overwhelmed and didn’t offer any help. After we finished eating, I asked a staff member to clean a table so that other guests could sit, but the lady was very rude and yelled at me to “Wait!” As for parking, this hotel has many rooms but only one floor of parking in the basement. If you're planning to drive, I recommend that you don’t. The valet parking attendant told us to park beside the road, but after we did, she came and said, “You cannot park here!” I was confused and thought, “Then where am I supposed to park??” This hotel was a terrible experience — extremely disappointing and poorly managed. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable staying somewhere.
