The rooms where very beautiful and equipped. When we arrived we received a free upgrade of oir rooms (3). The breakfast was very varieted and there was lots of choice. We received every morning complementary bacon. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every morning. The very large and clean pool is daily cleaned and accessible for every client. Also are you able to pool, go to a sauna and go to a jacuzzi that is connected to the pool. The free taxi service of the hotel is very flexible and easy to order. There are many WiFi hotspots at the hotel, this makes that you have a good internet connection at most times. A recommendation for every visitor of Pattaya or Jomtien Beach.
Value for money. Quiet and very romantic place to stay for our wedding anniversary. Staffs were very kind and warm welcome. They provided us a honeymoon style room and also super surprised birthday cake. Thank you so much! There are 7-11 and FamilyMart nearby. Breakfast was okay not many menu but their taste are acceptable.
We did not have a pleasant stay. The breakfast was awful, bland and there was no variety. The manager had to teach the chef how to cook an omelette three times and every time we got it back it was still raw. The food that we ordered from room service was also undercooked. Although we were given free transfers at times, every other time we requested a taxi to town we would be charged 3x the price. The swimming pool was not clean. The fountains only come on at certain times. If you get given a room with plates and glasses, we were told when we checked out that we are liable for the damage. We were requested to pay 300 bhatt for a glass that was broken by accident. When we asked to read the terms and conditions, they were not provided. This was ridiculous pricing for one glass. The hotel is also out of town and quite far away for the central places. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the stay was extremely unsatisfactory. Will not be staying here again. Needs improvement.
