This hotel made for an excellent stay at Osaka. The hotel allowed for enough space (we booked at the 3rd floor for 5 people) and we couldn’t ask for more. The host was very friendly, introduced us to restaurants and spots around the block that had a short walk, and made it clear that they will be around to assist us with anything. The hotel also provides a laundromat service, and has a 7/11 right around it for your emergency snacks. The only “downside” in my honest opinion was that the toilet (3rd floor) has no “bidet” or “cleaning” option, which would have been preferred, especially since it’s a very tight room haha. Other than that, I give the hosts my blessings and I fully recommend this hotel.

The D3 Hotel is the best hotel in Osaka! Ww stayed here with our three children and they all had a great time. The rooms were spacious and had everything a family needs. It was the staff that really made the experience exceptional though - they were very kind and considerate and helped us all the time. They gave us umbrellas when it rained, directions when we were confused, helped us with our laundry etc. - nothing was a problem. Nana was the best! We can't wait to see her again soon xxx

The convenience of this hotel can't be beat - it's located just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. And with a 7/11 right next door, we had all our essentials covered. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From helping us with our luggage to providing insider tips on the best local attractions, they were always available and willing to assist. The hotel itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of 6 big island boys to spread out and relax. The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The hosts are amazing, the location is perfect, and the hotel itself is top-class. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
