Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa

I honestly didn't expect Da Nang Mikazuki to be THIS amazing. The Japanese-style decor is spot on – it genuinely feels like you've been transported to Japan. Rooms are huge with massive bathrooms, which was great for relaxing. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy, especially good if you're traveling with family. The water park has both indoor and outdoor areas, plus you can walk to the beach or take their free golf cart. Didn't expect much, but it turned out way better than I thought. Worth checking out if you're in Da Nang. Highly recommend! 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful Property and lovely staff,,Man made sure we were taken care of she was such a welcoming young lady( thank you Man)We were greeted with a nice glass of tea.Breakfast buffet was amazing! Room was amazing! Whole property just breathtaking,felt like I was in Japan❤️ and to top if off they decorated our room w flowers and a cake for our 26th Wedding Anniversary! The hotel itself and the family room we lived in is very amazing in terms of cleanliness and all the amenities provided. The restaurants foods were very very delicious too. The only downside is that all shops ranging from restaurants to mini mart are closed at 10pm, except for the sake bar. The water parks are closed early on the weekday we were in, around 7pm, but the rides are suitable for adults to have fun and children to have fun too. The lifeguards were extremely friendly and very alert when we were in the rides or pools. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well, with them responding to every questions we have about the hotel. There were two hotel staff we would very much like to point out because of their professionalism and willingness to assist us when we have questions. One of the two individuals is Thuy Anna, a polite and respectful lady that guided us around the hotel lobby, explained about our hotel reservation, and took several beautiful family photos for us, radiating positivity and warmth. The other one of the two individuals is Hung (Bell). It was late at night around 10:30pm when all of the stores were closed and we happened to saw a buggy service waiting area. A buggy happened to stopped by, and the individual driving the buggy was Hung on night shift. This kind gentleman, Hung drove us around the hotel and explained about the hotel and the beach close to the hotel. Furthermore, Hung took a number of wonderful photos in several locations for us and advised us the best positions to stand for the best poses, views, and lightning. The buggy trip ended with fun and interesting conversations, along with more knowledge about the hotel as provided by kind and friendly Hung. This is a great hotel with great people stay for a family trip with family, especially when amazing service, delicious food relaxation, and water parks are the main priorities.
