Great Location, great deal. Next to a big mall and 15 minutes away from the airport.

Lobby is beautiful. Easy to walk to La Vaca Negra restaurant (fantastic) and the Manaura mall. Easy Uber or taxi ride to airport. Our first room was hot and not clean, so we went back to get a different one. The second room didn't have a king bed or safe. On the 3rd try, the air conditioning worked well, we had a king bed and the room was clean. We shared a towel. Safe didn't work. Sheets only on bed. No blankets (but it is warm). Water in shower would not get warm in the evening. In the morning it was lukewarm if you just turned on the hot. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very good. Friend got one treadmill to work. This hotel was very classy at one time.

Very sad hotel, unfortunately I can’t recommend it at all. Unfriendly staff, water dripping on my head at check-in, lobby with broken water feature, only one elevator working, pool low on water, shower door broken and I was double charged for the room and said I would get a refund but two days later and I still have not received it in my credit card. The food was good at the restaurant and the staff there were very earnest.
