We stayed here with my wife and our little daughter. If I come to Naples again, I would stay here again. It is very clean, the location is incredible, it is quiet and most importantly, the owners are very helpful.
The rooms were very clean, and I loved the overall experience of staying there. However, I encountered a problem after booking. They didn’t inform me about the door lock system beforehand. When I arrived, I had to call them to understand how to unlock the door, which was inconvenient. Clear instructions about the locks should be provided to avoid such confusion in the future
We were only starting here for proximity to the train station and it was perfect for that. Location I n general is good but as with every train station in the world, the surrounding area is sketchy to say the least. Nice clean functional room. Communication on arrival is a bit haphazard.
