Fabulous hotel we stayed at in the middle of a semi rural spot in Parma. We were doing a road trip across Europe and because they were quiet the manager let us leave our Megane RS right in front of the reception! 😁 beautiful decor marble everywhere and luxurious!! Fab Espresso, dinner and breakfast! They really looked after us Thank you
WiFi did not work at all in my room, thankfully they changed our rooms, however the WiFi still struggles and often drops out
We only stayed here as, due to local events, all other hotels were full and we had car issues. It's expensive. This place is tired and dated inside, the room had a bathroom that had broken lights and was not particularly clean. Plus, the breakfast in the morning, or lack of choice of it, was a joke for a 4 star hotel. However, the positives were that the Aircon was good, the bed was comfy, and it was quiet.
