The hotel is exceptional (very clean and comfortable , large rooms, etc.); would highly recommend to everyone visiting. They have a complementary tea, brunch, light dinner service on the 21st floor; the staff here gets 10+, they are amazing. Loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful centrally located hotel for first time tourists from America. Large rooms, easy walk to train, and lovely area with lots of restaurants, shops and bars made it a great place to stay. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful, for only $20/person, (which ended up being a life saver as most breakfast places in the area don’t open until closer to 10/11AM). Only downside I’d say are that the rooms are a bit outdated and have carpet flooring so it’s a bit musty.
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Beautiful interior and lobby, friendly and warm staff. We stayed in the deluxe corner twin room, which was really spacious. Room was clean with plenty of USB charging ports. A good range of bathroom amenities. Toilet hardware can be improved, there is a bidet but no automatic flush. Pajamas were really comfortable and I had a great sleep. Location was fantastic - a short walk to Shimbashi station, and by taking the Hibiya exit, there are escalators (!!!) all the way from the train platform to the ground level so we didn’t have issues with luggage carrying. Short walk to the main Ginza shopping district and upscale department stores like Mitsukoshi. There’s a Family Mart and Lawson right downstairs for your convenience store needs, really convenient. We had a great stay and would love to be back.
