Daima Biz Hotel Dolusu Aquapark Access

i am leila i’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years now, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay. we come here for 3 weeks and during those 3 weeks we don’t get bored even one bit it feels like a new day everyday . it’s very family friendly and great for kids there’s always something fun going on for them every night, like the mini disco and live shows. the entertainment team animators ( TARZAN our favourite one who was here for many years and makes the vacation as fun as it can be ) really make the experience special. they’re energetic, kind, and bring such a fun atmosphere every day.the food is also a big highlight. there’s a wide variety of options at every meal, which i appreciate a lot if there’s a type of food that i do not like i always find something i like. the beach is beautiful and clean, and the overall environment is peaceful and relaxing. the reception team is always welcoming and helpful at the bar the workers are so fun and welcoming if there’s ever a problem in the room u can always ask the reception and they’ll fix it right away. the family that runs an ice cream shop they deserve a special love (for 10 years you are already like family to us) what i love most about this hotel is the consistent warmth and positive energy. it’s a place that feels familiar and comforting, and every year i look forward to coming back.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating at all. The rooms fall short in terms of cleanliness and quality of furniture. Most facilities—including hallways, reception, restaurants, and cafes—are uncomfortably hot and lack proper air conditioning. The service does not justify the high price, and this is definitely an experience I would not repeat.

The hotel wasn’t the best. When we arrived, it already seemed chaotic at the reception. Many of the staff spoke poor English and Russian. When we finally got to our room, it seemed like it hadn’t even been cleaned — just the bed was made. The minibar was empty, there was only one large towel, and the floor was dirty. The food wasn’t very tasty; only a few things were actually edible. Our child needed a doctor early in the morning, but after waiting for an hour and several calls made by the staff, we still didn’t see any medical personnel. We agreed that the receptionist would call us as soon as the doctor arrived, but we never received that call. The only positive thing was that the water in the pool was clean. Overall, our stay at the hotel did not turn out as we had hoped.
