Hardware equipment is pretty good, service staff is average In such a big hotel, there is no medicine cabinet thermometer. I had a fever on the day I checked in, so I called to ask if there were any ice packs to reduce the fever... I was told no, so I took the initiative to ask for ice. 這酒店住宿會趁半夜睡覺時把冷氣關掉變送風，而且入住時也沒告知這情況，小孩睡到熱醒，溝通後也不願開冷氣，說半夜就是會關，真是好棒棒的5星級酒店，打死也不會再來住了。
