Lovely hotel like all the hotels in this chain. Everything is clean, and there is a counter with all sorts of useful things like razors, hair products, face products, rubber bands, cotton wool, etc. Everything is free and without charge. The room is clean, the shower is excellent and the bath towels are large. The reception staff is great! As for the breakfast - not much choice for vegetarians. Location - 15 minutes walk from the train station Thank you very much :)

The hotel reception is located on the 2nd floor, whenever you take the lift up from 1st floor to your room or from your room to 1st floor exit, the lift will stop at 2nd floor first before going out or back to home and a bit troublesome. But the buffet breakfast is not bad and it serve with red wine and white champagne, is a plus for the hotel. There is an amenity bar which your can take whatever you needs

I recently spent three nights at this hotel and had an overall average experience. The hotel is well-located, just a ten-minute walk from the Hakata Station and close to some of the best local restaurants. The cleanliness of the room met my expectations, which was a plus. As I drove during this trip, it would have been more convenient if the hotel offered advance parking booking and removed time restrictions for access, allowing travellers like me to explore the city more freely. Most of the staff were friendly and polite; however I had a disappointing encounter with one particular staff member, whom I presume was a trainee as she spoke Mandarin with a trainee tag. When I inquired about parking, she was impatient, which was frustrating. I didn't expect such behavior from a front desk staff, especially in a country known for its respect and politeness. Given the price, I was expecting a slightly better return from this hotel. Overall, my stay was average, and I may consider other options for my next visit.
