Best hotel we've stayed at so far! It's located right behind Kanazawa station. There's a 7-11 across the street as well. There's also a small onsen in the hotel that guests can enjoy. The room's very spacious and clean. The toilet and bath was separate too! And there were a lot of amenities!
Front desk could be more friendly and smile more but perhaps it is a serious business hotel or loss in translation and communication barrier; nevertheless enjoyed the wonderful rooms and convenient location. The suite was very large. However I will recommend that the hotel provide a washing machine on the suites as it is only offered in the superior corner room. It is quite odd that in order to use a washing machine you need to pay some money.
Very convenient location, close to the train station. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and comfy beds. Our room had a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
