We had a wonderful Easter Weekend here in Dakak. Front office team and bell man were very helpful. Appreciate Chef Efren for helping us when my mom was not feeling well, and called up the nurse. Greatly appreciated. The beach is nothing short of amazing! Enjoyed my time in the jetski they had. My daughter Ella enjoyed it the most. Looking forward to our next visit!

MUST READ BEFORE YOU GO BEWARE the hidden costs. Over priced for what it is. Expensive activities. Swimming pool under renovation, kids can't use slides, managers hide behind phones leaving the staff to deal with unhappy guests. Driving range under renovation. The price doesn't change because you can't use the facilities. They add more to the written price of the activities.... and then more again for an adult to accompany a child. Hidden costs = SCAM. The Italian restaurant was nice. Everything is very over priced, but they know they can over charge as there are no other options unless you leave the resort. Just wait for the reply from the marketing manager to this message..... Sorry for the inconvenience and we will improve.... Same story in all past review messages.... You can hide behind your words, but mine in this message are true. Improve the transparency of all costs on leaflets and add timings of when activities are available, so guests can plan their trip logistics and financials.

The place is beautiful, but the management/staff really needs some customer service training. We paid for the buffet (1500 per person) and were given wristbands, yet when it was time for lunch, they were asking for receipts. It was raining, and there weren’t clear instructions to show that during lunch. Honestly, what’s the point of the wristbands then? Are you serious? You want us to go all the way back to the car just for a receipt even if it's raining? Management definitely needs to step up their customer service game.
