Dakota Leeds

We stayed here whilst attending a concert at the arena. The reception staff Ollie was such a pleasure to deal with and very informative and also happy to have a laugh and joke. We instantly felt at ease and he was happy to recommend eating places and also book for us if required. He also made us aware of the AMAZING smelling diffuser that filled the room! Once in our room, we found it to be super clean! Not a speck of dust and the shower had been thoroughly cleaned. The decor is nice and modern and comfortable. The only thing lacking was the tea tray. Only 1 breakfast tea and not enough sugar. The bed was comfy and we had a good sleep. Good offering on the television too. Check out was easy and again the staff greeted us with happy smiles. We will return and hopefully not spend as long looking for a car park!

It’s the perfect spot for dinner and drinks – the bar and restaurant are exceptional, both in service and quality. Whether you’re staying the night or just visiting for an evening out, Dakota sets the standard. The location is also outstanding – right in the heart of the city, close to everything you need. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful smell as you walk in, very friendly staff and loved the what'sapp welcoming to the room. Drinks were great. The only one bad thing was the quality and selection of the breakfast which let the visit down. I can't think of a hotel I have stayed at which such little selection.
