Located square in the middle of the Old Town, Rooms won’t be an issue, rooms and beds are massive and comfy with everything provided, bathrooms are really good too. If you opt for the breakfast, it’s a great choice, as we did, a whole lot of options, doesn’t compromise on quality of these options though. On demand egg dishes (Omelette etc) and the staff are just next level kind. Very accommodating and great problem solvers. Side note: Thanks to the kitchen staff for making pancakes specially for my fussy little brother.

Staff were super welcoming. Sophie always smiling and happy to give recommendations. Dat was also great. Enjoyed teaching some Scottish phrases and having a laugh together. Tour manager was great too, apologies though as forgot his name. The basement bar is one of nicest we've been to anywhere in the world. Happy hour from 4pm till 7pm featuring some of best cocktails we've ever drank.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my solo trip to Hanoi and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is really nice, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel at home. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and with a wide variety to choose from. Excellent view from the 11th floor. What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and polite, assisting me with every part of my stay and even supporting me through my journey in Vietnam. Thank you Jimmy and Sophia! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
