Dalaman Airport Lykia Thermal & Spa Hotel

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was below average and certainly not what you'd expect from a 4-star property. In the bathroom, the shower didn’t drain properly due to a poor slope in the floor, which made it quite inconvenient to use. On top of that, we were woken up by a phone call at 4:30 AM, even though we had not requested a wake-up call. When we asked about it, we were told that a staff member had dialed the wrong room — an unacceptable mistake. Another major downside was the noise from airplanes passing nearby — it was extremely loud and disturbing, especially at night. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating, and I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is not like three four star hotel. It is old. Rooms renewed but with low quality. Staff is kind and trying to help. But thats all they have. Miney wise it is expensive fir what you get. Breakfast and dinner very simple. Management doesnt care about customer satisfaction.

This place is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The staff are racist and rude. Four waitresses who should have been working all stood there staring at us and laughing. When confronted they made up a lie which made no sense. When we returned to the dirty room, a man entered the room and they pretended it was for cleaning. This country lacks respect for people of colour, but want us to spend our money here. I will never return to Turkey
