位置服务早餐停车都不错

环境很好，服务体贴，位置极佳。可能是因为比较旧了，房间内始终有霉味，所以必须减一星。

We have just checked out of this hotel (5/20/19). The service is appalling ! Room was ok - but we tried to get diner in the restaurant last night and was told the “kitchen was too busy with a group of 24” We said we would wait until the group had finished but would like a beer while we waited - we were told “the kitchen is too busy to give you beer” We were told we could not get diner (or even a beer) because they were too busy with the ‘large’ group of 25!!!! During the evening we put the DND light on the door so we could sleep - the staff still banged on the door to wake us up then said something in Chinese and left This morning we went to the restaurant to get breakfast - certain tables were reserved for Chinese - there was only one table we (Westerners) were allowed to sit at..... no Western food was available in the buffet and we were unable to get tea or coffee because no one spoke English Nice hotel - provided you don’t want to eat or get a beer and if you don’t mind getting woken up (even with DND lite) ! My recommendation - find another hotel that is more welcoming to Western travelers !
