Everything was better than expected! I asked for an extra bed for my 4 years old son which was provided and even though the bedroom still is large enough to accommodate us very comfortably. The breakfast has his options for gluten free and lactose free diet. The swimming pool is stunning and the staff is very polite.

The hotel is incredible. The staff is very well prepared, polite and ready to give great information and tips. The bedrooms are great, huge and comfortable. The location is amazing! In the same street you can find different great options of restaurants and bars. Also the hotel's infrastructure, with swimming pool, sauna and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

The location is good, but all the rest is not worse the money you pay for it. Rooms are old an need to be refurbished. We did not have hot water to be able to shower in the morning. Breakfast although the overall table is nicely set - enough fresh fruit, breads and cakes available - the warm dishes are just not good, a set of old and cold dishes of fried eggs and omelets, scrambled egg and pastries that looked really old and cold, and “Boiled eggs” that could possibly safe it, the service that should be given to help you failed as well. Summary, this hotel lacks management and service! And certainly some refurbishment and maintenance. For me, not worse the price they charge!
