Dallah Taibah Hotel

So close to women's section. Honestly location can't be beat. Not a super fancy hotel- but clean. Housekeeping comes at random times- but they tried to come daily. Fresh fruits the first day was a kind gesture. Would be nice if there were more elevators- but overall would stay here again.

From disappointment to heartfelt hospitality: I stayed at Dallah Taibah Hotel during my Umrah trip, checking in on July 22, 2025. While my initial experience was quite disappointing due to the condition of the room and a lack of timely response at the front desk, what followed in the later part of my stay turned things around in a meaningful way. After I posted a critical review on July 24, I was personally contacted on the evening of July 26 by Mr. Waleed Al-Harbi, Rooms Division Manager. His outreach was sincere, respectful, and focused on resolving the situation the right way. He acknowledged the feedback without defensiveness and explained that a full renovation of the hotel is scheduled in the coming months, which was reassuring to hear. To make up for the earlier experience, Mr. Waleed: Upgraded me to an Executive Suite for the final two nights Included breakfast for the remainder of my stay Granted a late checkout Provided his direct WhatsApp contact and business card, showing a clear commitment to guest care The upgraded room was significantly more comfortable, and the responsiveness I experienced from that point onward reflected a strong sense of hospitality and leadership. On our final day, I received a follow-up from the Front Desk Manager, Ms. Shaimaa, who warmly confirmed and approved my late checkout request for 6:00 PM. After we checked out, while I was arranging our ride, she came outside to personally see off my wife and daughters. She surprised us with a small, sweet parting gift — a gesture that truly delighted my family and left a lasting impression. It was thoughtful, gracious, and very much appreciated. While the property still has visible areas that need renovation and modernization, I want to sincerely acknowledge the efforts of both Mr. Waleed and Ms. Shaimaa. Their kindness, follow-through, and professionalism stood out and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. This review has been updated to reflect the full experience — from the initial challenges to the way management handled them with care and hospitality. I hope the planned improvements come to fruition, because with leadership like this, the hotel has a great opportunity to shine again.

I stayed there with my family in a room with four beds. The room was spacious and clean with neat tidy beds. The location was great 5 min walk from ladies gate 338. You can very easily catch prayers. The staff was very courteous they allowed me early check in & check out which I really appreciate. The only thing is they need to upgrade bathrooms. If you are with a family on short trip & want to be close to Haram then I would recommend this hotel.
