I had such a great experience at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the modern décor. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and shopping but still feels peaceful and relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
If could give negative stars, I would. The customer service is terrible. To be a loyal Envoy and card holder of Marriott for 10 years means nothing. To be charged for a late cancellation “fee” for medical emergency is ridiculous. In addition to their lack of customer service, I have stayed at this hotel before and the room I got was extremely moldy and humid and smelled like cigarettes which I presume was because of the mold. I will NEVER stay at this hotel when I come into town for work. I will also encourage my coworkers to stay elsewhere, which won’t be hard since they had roaches in their rooms. If you need a hotel stay elsewhere. 5 stars for being the worst. $305.50 for a late cancellation fee is insane. I hope this hotel replaces Skyler with someone who has better customer service and is able to maintain a reputable hotel.
If I could get zero stars, I would. I booked my hotel through booking.com and got charged when I arrived at the hotel. They said that they were gonna hold my card For any damages or incidental. The next day I checked out and was charged again. I called and complained to customer service. They said give it a couple days and it will be taken off. I waited a couple days. It was removed a week later I was charged again talk to the supervisor, Ashley and basically told me I needed to call my bank and dispute it. There’s nothing that she could do. Clearly there’s some weird stuff going on and employees need to be investigated because somebody keeps charging my card.
